SC Promotion Case : 25 Deputy Supdt. Reverted to Assistants
Directorate Secondary Education (DSE), Panchkula on 10.11.2015 vide Memo No. 13/182-2015 HRME(4) Dated 10.11.2015 reverted 25 Deputy Superintendent to Assistants.In view of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP No. 17280 of 2011 and the State Government vide instruction bearing No. 22/ 132/2008-IGS-III dated 20.2.2013, these 25 candidates are not entitled for promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent and are required to be reverted to the post of Assistant. As such, 25 Deputy Superintendents are hereby reverted as Assistants by DSE with immediate effect. See the list and revert order.
